This event held 15-16 November 2011 provided participants from multiple countries, organizations and humanitarian backgrounds with an opportunity to share their learning and understanding of the ECB Project themes: national staff capacity development, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and accountability to disaster affected communities.
