Joint Needs Assessment (JNA) - A Case Study from West Sumatra

This case study reviews the background to the Joint Needs Assessment (JNA) methodology developed by ECB agencies and partners in Indonesia. It presents findings and recommendations from an After Action Review that examined implementation following the 2009 earthquakes in West Sumatra and West Java.
