Leaving Disasters Behind Chapter 6 Capacity Building

In partnership with IIRR, the ECB Risk Reduction Initiative convened a ‘writeshop’, bringing all the key stakeholders together to develop a handbook on DRR in Ethiopia. ‘Leaving Disasters Behind’ is the result of this unique process.
