Lorsque la phase II de l’ECB a débuté, le consortium du Bangladesh a décidé de traduire le guide et les supports d’accompagnement en bangla dans le cadre de l’une de ses toutes premières activités. Le consortium s’est servi des fonds de l’ECB pour payer un consultant afin de traduire l’ouvrage et réunir un panel d’universitaires de tout premier plan pour offrir leurs contributions et garantir la bonne qualité du résultat final.
