ECB : les aventures de la constitution de partenariats - Étude de cas C : Améliorer les interventions en cas de catastrophe par le biais de protocoles d'intervention conclus localement

« ECB : les aventures de la constitution de partenariats » est une série de 14 documents de réflexion et études de cas susceptibles de représenter une importante ressource dans les initiatives menées pour nouer des partenariats dans le cadre des Affaires humanitaires et d'urgence ou d'autres branches des interventions de Vision du Monde sur le globe. (Voir ci-dessous les thématiques abordées par les documents de réflexion). Ces documents représentent les points de vue et l'expérience de plus de 30 membres du personnel de terrain, experts techniques et responsables impliqués dans les projets ECB (ou projet de Renforcement des capacités dans les cas d'urgence), qui constitue un partenariat noué avec CARE, Catholic Relief Services, Mercy Corps, Oxfam GB et Save the Children afin d'« améliorer la rapidité, la qualité et l'efficacité de la communauté humanitaire pour sauver des vies, améliorer l'accès à la protection sociale et préserver les droits des personnes en situation d'urgence. »
