La responsabilidad con la comunidad, los líderes y el gobierno necesitan del contacto directo con las personas de la localidad en su idioma local. Esto requiere de inversión para el desarrollo de la capacidad del personal a nivel local – aquellos que pasan mayor tiempo frente a frente con las personas de la localidad. A menudo, estas personas no hablan inglés y por lo tanto, se necesitan las herramientas y los recursos de traducción y contextualización en el idioma local. Con esto en mente, el Consorcio de Bangladesh decidió darle prioridad a la traducción al bengalí de la “Guía lo Suficientemente Buena para la Medición del Impacto y la Responsabilidad”.
