“DCE: Aventuras al asociarse”, es una serie de 14 documentos de discusión que pueden ser una fuente importante para las iniciativas de asociación en HEA y otras Líneas del Ministerio. (Ver a continuación los temas de los documentos). Los documentos representan puntos de vista y experiencias de más de 30 miembros del personal, especialistas técnicos y gerentes de VM involucrados en el proyecto de Desarrollo de Capacidad ante Emergencias (DCA), una sociedad con VM, CARE, Servicios Católicos de Alivio, Mercy Corps, Oxfam GB y Save the Children para “mejorar la velocidad, calidad y efectividad de la comunidad humanitaria para salvar vidas, mejorar el bienestar y proteger los derechos de las personas en situaciones de emergencia”.
