Au cours de l'année 2010, le consortium ECB de Bolivie a réuni cinq agences humanitaires pour mettre au point une approche commune de la réduction des risques liés aux catastrophes (DRR). Sur près d'une année, les agences ont coopéré pour partager ce qu'elles ont appris, bâtir une approche sur la DRR et le changement climatique qui soit commune aux agences humanitaires, et élaborer un outil d'analyse des capacités et des vulnérabilités (CVA) qui draine les éléments clés des outils employés par les agences. Au travers de ce processus, les agences humanitaires ont développé des relations fortes et les identités de conception, de valeurs de valeurs et d'intérêts nécessaires à la coopération avec les communautés sur les enjeux climatiques trop importants pour pouvoir être confrontés par une seule agence. Ce document relate de quelle façon le consortium s'est regroupé et les avantages qui découlent d'un tel regroupement.

13 May 2013: Good Enough Guide to Assessments – initial feedback complete
The Good Enough Guide to Assessments (GEGA) is being designed by the Assessment Capacities Project (ACAPS), using the ‘good enough’ approach, to produce a simple, practical handbook on needs assessments. As part of the GEGA review process, three ECB Project consortia successfully held consultation workshops to provide feedback on the guide. Read more
