The Emergency Capacity Building Project: Practical experience of how knowledge, learning and experience can be used to improve humanitarian response

This paper discusses how the ECB Indonesia experience not only benefitted this consortium but also, through the unique learning and knowledge management structures of the ECB, allowed opportunities to disseminate learning with other agencies and consortia countries working on the ECB project.
