Read their series of discussions and case studies in English, French and Spanish, especially the case study on Starting your own collaboration.

ECB Guide to Building a Country Consortium

ECB-Consortium-Guide-cover.jpgThe ECB Project Guide to Building a Country Consortium for Emergency Capacity Building: The Key Elements for Success, summarizes the key challenges that ECB Project stakeholders confront in country-level consortium-building, and the tools and approaches which can be used to meet those challenges.

Available in English, French and Spanish, the guide will be a useful summary of key success factors to consider when attempting to create or sustain a collaborative consortium-based approach to national staff capacity building. A draft is under review during our ECBinter-active learning events and the final draft is expected to be released in May 2012.

If you would like to see a copy of the Draft guide please contact us. You can leave your feedback on the draft ECB Country Consortium Guide below.
