Published on 15 November 2011
The following key ECB Project tools are now available as clickable web pages as well as as in their original form as downloadable PDFs:
The Good Enough Guide to Impact Measurement and Accountability in Emergencies
In The Good Enough Guide, accountability means making sure that the women, men, and children affected by an emergency are involved in planning, implementing, and judging our response to their emergency too. This helps ensure that a project will have the impact they want to see. Contains simple tools and communications materials.
Building Trust in Diverse Teams Concise Facilitation Handbook
A practical toolkit and set of approaches teams can utilize to both measure and improve levels of trust in emergency teams. High levels of trust lead to more effective emergency responses.
Simulations Administrator’s Guide
A simulation tool that is simple to facilitate, flexible enough to adapt to different country contexts, organisational priorities and risk scenarios, and suitable for delivery on either a single agency or a multi-agency basis.
