AIM Standing Team Joint Evaluation Workshop a Big Success
Published on 15 November 2011
Eight Standing Team members from eight different countries convened for a lively workshop in Casablanca this week, led by CRS Accountability and Impact Measurement (AIM) Adviser and Standing Team member Loretta Ishida and consultant Silva Ferretti, joined also by World Vision AIM Adviser Pauline Wilson.
Participants appreciated both the hands on work, such as the simulation to put some theory into action, and were also eager to learn the technology tools the facilitators used.
This workshop went where no ECB workshop has gone before with live broadcasting. This technology allowed team members unable to be in the room to join in to different sessions.
As with last time, all sessions are carefully and creatively captured on the AIM Team blog, which has now received over 2,500 views and 75 comments from team members, AIM Advisers, and other stakeholders.
Videos were created for the workshop by colleagues at ALNAP, AIM Advisers, and even an animated cowboy.
The AIM Advisers are simultaneously conducting their two day meeting and have supported parts of the workshop.
The Standing Team is now live and ready to deploy to ECB consortia and beyond!
