11.00: Identifying Participant questions we want to explore in relation to Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Accountability and Impact Measurement, and National Staff Capacity Building

Marketplace sharing the ECB learning experience including:

  • Good Enough Guide - practical examples and tools available
  • Joint Standards Initiatives - represented by People in Aid, including the ECB - People in Aid Horn of Africa Staff Retention Study
  • ECB Simulations - our tools and experience
  • Mainstreaming DRR - what have we done together - what more can we do?
  • Global ECB tools - ECB Guide to Building a Consortium, Simulations, Building Trust
  • The Consortium of British Humanitarian Agencies (CBHA) - ENHAnce training
  • World Vision and other ECB agency tools and resources

  • Accountability / national staff training and capacity building
  • Humanitarian System failure (from FAO)

  • ENHAnce training programs - developing national staff humanitarian capacities
