Phase I

Phase One began in 2005 and ended in 2008. Some of the key outputs of Phase One include The Good Enough Guide, Building Trust Toolkit and ECB Simulations tool.

Over six million dollars were invested in emergency capacity building in Phase One over a three year period, and raised the profile of emergency capacity and emergency work within the participating agencies, and also amongst some of ECB’s external partners

The Phase I final project report examines the outcomes of Phase I in greater detail.
