The most valuable aspect I promote about ECB is the fact there is no end to the learning that can take place from each other. The focus truly is promotion of quality standards for the humanitarian community and contributing to its performance by freely sharing resources and tools. The caliber of colleagues throughout the agencies and project team doesn’t hurt either!
